What are you trying to practice?

Run programs, etc. as the Admin or enable the congenital-in Admin?

what divergence does information technology make?

I need to know how to practice it...

I would not ask the questions if it did not make a difference.

the reason being,

I wanted to check some dism logs, just I did find

a manner by typing in (cmd) at the Starting time and and then correct clicking on the command prompt from the pop up.

Anyway, with that being said, how practice you disable it one time you lot've done using information technology?

From the Screenshot shown, Why isn't at that place a User and Group drib downwardly under Computer Management as that would solve my problem about Activating and Deactivating the Run Equally Administrator??

You have added the Beginning menu.

That is not default Windows 8.ane

Y'all right click on the far left Windows icon in the Taskbar > select Control Prompt (Admin).

But you lot can't do this:

Y'all tin have and use the Beginning Menu (which I added with the help of the Windows 8 Forums a few years back because I liked Win XP layout) to become the Administrator on my PC...run across the ScreenShot..

Also institute out why I don't have Local Users and Groups under Figurer Management ...and that is because that tool isn't provided in the Domicile Edition of Win8/8.1; you lot need Win Pro Pack8, which is not available now.
